My fiancée and I went to Diamonds Direct and had an awesome experience picking out my engagement ring! Kayln was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the experience and Kayln so much we came back to get our wedding bands. It is such a relaxing and fun environment. I’ll be making my wish list here for many years for my husband-to-be to pick out all my gifts for birthday, Christmas and anniversaries!!

Worked with this great team on my fiancé’s engagement ring and our wedding bands. I was (and am) blown away by Tiffany. We had some initial misalignment on the custom engagement ring, but Tiffany was committed to getting the ring we dreamed of. Her excellent customer service, attention to detail, and urgency truly made the engagement everything we imagined. Most importantly, my fiancé loves it. We were so happy and appreciative that we did our wedding bands here. And to the same result, best customer service and beautiful bands. My fiance picked out my engagement ring with her and Rachel was so amazing. She was patient, helpful, and very considerate of all his concerns and wants. We returned for wedding bands and also had a lovely experience. She was patient when we were unsure of what we wanted and very helpful when we had questions. The staff was overall very friendly making this such a fun and memorable experience😊

We have bought all our jewelry pieces from our engagement ring to wedding bands which they helped us design through Ajaffe (great diamond distributor), Diamond earrings, and Mother’s Day stoned necklace. We just went back for a beautiful band now having three kids. Kris was so helpful and has great taste. She made our dream look come true. She went above and beyond with the GM to allow me to take home the ring and try it for 14 days but knew I would love it. She also that same day had the jeweler remove my two little dots on the bottom of my ring for sizing purposes which usually needs a same day appt which takes 3 hrs. Thanks Kris!! Shelby is who has usually always helped us. She is fun and very personable and has kindly and safely mailed us our jewelry since we come in from out of town. Kris also remembered us as soon as we came in and about our kiddos. She also did whatever possible to help stay on budget but get us what we were looking for.

We absolutely love working with Jenny Ervin!!! We have been working with Jenny since July 2022. She took the time to really understand what my style is and helped me select a beautiful elegant engagement, wedding, and anniversary set. She also helped me repurpose a setting I already had and turned it into another piece that I love! My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands here. I chose to go to Diamonds Direct after recieving sub par service at another store. I felt a little defensive walking in having had a negative experience in the past at the other store. My sales associate, David Keisman, instantly welcomed me and made the purchase expierence so easy. David made ring sizing easy and he is helping us make some improvements to the engagement ring purchased at the other store. I was initially led to believe this wasn't possible. I was happy with the pricing as well. I am getting two beautiful wedding bands for a good price. As a guy, having the extra input in choosing jewelery is appreciated. My fiance and I are both Nurses so balancing beauty and practicality with expert input was much appreciated. I would 110 percent come back to this particular store. It seems to be the highest quality store in the vicinity, as I have stopped into all of the surrounding area stores.
